About Us
Prime Homes + Realty was founded in 1990 by Ken Marsters. Over the past 30 years, we have built over 375 homes and developed communities in Mashpee, Sandwich, and Hopkinton, MA.
Today, we are a 3-generation, family-owned real estate business specializing in residential neighborhood development and building/designing quality, single-family residential homes. We are currently developing neighborhoods in Mashpee, MA.
