About Us
Prime Homes + Realty was founded in 1990 by Ken Marsters. Over the past 30 years, we have built over 375 homes and developed communities in Mashpee, Sandwich, and Hopkinton, MA.
Today, we are a 3-generation, family-owned real estate business specializing in residential neighborhood development and building/designing quality, single-family residential homes. We are currently developing neighborhoods in Mashpee, MA.
Prime Homes takes great pride in delivering quality-built homes and friendly communities. We are committed to creating long-lasting friendships with our customers as well – we want to build your luxurious dream home. We strive to make the home-building process seamless and as much fun as possible.

Founder and Co-Owner
Ken Marsters
Ken graduated from Babson College with a degree in Business. Prior to founding Prime Homes, he was a high-level executive at Coca Cola USA. Ken holds a construction supervisor license and real estate broker's license.
Co-Owner
Ken Marsters II
Ken Jr. graduated from Curry College with a degree in Business. He hols his unrestricted building license and real estate salesperson license.

Mike Marsters
Mike graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. He specializes in finance and architectural software design.
